Devotions
Weekday Noon Mass:
Our Lady’s Center is not a parish. Our priests come from area parishes, and we believe they are expressly sent by the Blessed Mother herself for their devotion, dedication and service to her little shrine. Our patrons as well come from area parishes for weekday Masses are held in our “upper room” chapel at 12:00 noon, Monday through Friday, a time that fits in nicely with many work schedules and lunch hours. We also offer a Friday evening Mass at 7:30 pm, which is well attended, especially on First Fridays when devotions are observed. First Saturdays are the only weekend day we are open, except for an occasional special shopping day before Christmas. Mass Times
Reconciliation:
Confessions are heard after every Mass in the confessional in our chapel. Every effort is made to ensure that those who wish to have their confessions heard do not need to wait too long to receive the graces of the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament:
Eucharistic Adoration is especially important here at Our Lady’s Center. As we do not have permission to repose the Blessed Sacrament on site, the consecrated host is always consumed after Mass with the exception of Fridays and First Saturdays. Following Friday 12:00 noon Mass, the Blessed Sacrament is exposed in the monstrance until the 7:30 evening Mass, and all are invited to come spend some quiet time with the Lord. At that point, it is reposed for Mass and re-exposed while devotions continue until Benediction at 9 pm, after which it is consumed.
First Friday Devotions
Both of our regular Friday Masses are followed by First Friday Devotions as requested by our Lord to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque.
First Saturdays Mass & Devotions:
As it was the express request Our Lady of Fatima to whom this shrine is dedicated, we observe the First Saturday of every month with a 10:30 am Mass followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and a Holy Hour of reparation for the sins committed against Mary’s Immaculate Heart, during which confessions are heard. Holy Rosary:
The Rosary is prayed in the Chapel prior to Mass on weekdays, at 11:30 am. It is also prayed on Friday evening after Mass and on First Saturdays as part of the devotions.
Second Fridays Holy Hour of Reparation:
A Holy Hour of Reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus is prayed after Noon Mass on the second Friday of every month. Booklets are handed out, and the devotions are all prayed out loud before the Blessed Sacrament. Additionally, we have a Spanish Holy Hour with Spanish booklets available at 5:30 pm on Second Fridays.
The Flame of Love Cenacles:
These prayer groups are devoted to enkindling the Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in the hearts of the faithful. NEW meeting schedule: Tuesday mornings at 10:00 am virtually only and Thursdays at 2:00 pm in the OLC Chapel and virtually. Prayer warriors can choose either one of those times, whichever works best.
